This is an Instant Pot recipe, although you can probably make it in a crock pot as well.<\/p>\n
Ingredients:
\n6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
\n1 jar of salsa<\/p>\n
Directions:
\nPlace the chicken directly into the Instant Pot.<\/p>\n
Pour the jar of salsa on top of the chicken. You can add up to 1\/2 cup of water if you want, but, it’s more soupy if you have water in this recipe.<\/p>\n
Set the Instant Pot for Manual, 22 minutes. I used the Quick Pressure Release, but, you can also use the 10 minute Natural Pressure Release.<\/p>\n
Shred the chicken with two forks when completed. It’s great on hamburger buns or with rice!<\/p>\n
