{"id":169,"date":"2013-01-28T19:45:21","date_gmt":"2013-01-29T00:45:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sn315on.com\/?p=169"},"modified":"2013-01-28T19:45:21","modified_gmt":"2013-01-29T00:45:21","slug":"my-famous-shish-kabobs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/southernsunnydays.com\/index.php\/2013\/01\/28\/my-famous-shish-kabobs\/","title":{"rendered":"My Famous Shish-kabobs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<p>2-4 pounds beef stew meat<br \/>\n1-2 Green peppers cut into bite sized pieces<br \/>\n5 or 6 hot dogs cut into rounds about 1&#8243; thick<br \/>\n2-3 cans of white sliced potatoes or 3-4 medium size baking potatoes sliced<br \/>\n2-3 cans of pineapple chunks, drained<br \/>\n2 bottles of BBQ sauce (any flavor)<\/p>\n<p>Directions:<\/p>\n<p>1. Pre-heat oven to 350\u00b0 F<br \/>\n2. Line a 9 x 13 glass baking dish with foil. I use the wide foil so it won&#8217;t run underneath the pan.<br \/>\n3. Mix the meat, hotdogs and 1 bottle of BBQ sauce together in a large bowl.<br \/>\n4. Spread into pan evenly.<br \/>\n5. Mix potatoes, pineapples and the green peppers in another bowl with the remaining BBQ sauce. Layer on top of the meat mixture.<br \/>\n6. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 F for approx. 1 \u00bd hours. Stir.
